If insurance is NOT purchased ALL items are shipped at your risk. We will not be held responsible for guaranteed safe handling by UPS.
 
In the unlikely event your item(s) are insured and have arrived damaged, you must take the original packaging (all contents with all of the original packing material) to your local UPS Office to file an insurance claim. The UPS Office will then send us the claim for processing. Do not repackage the item(s) or send the damaged items back to us. This will only void the UPS insurance and we will not be able to help you receive a refund.
